IS KODIAK CUSTOM FISHING TACKLE GUARANTEED WITH FREE REPLACEMENTS?

Kodiak Custom products are made to take a lickin and keep on fishin! No fishing lure is totally indestructible but it is our commitment to manufacture the highest quality gear available. We back our brand with free replacements or repair of lures that become defective from manufacturing issues. Normal wear and tear from hard action, neglect or catching tons of fish is not eligible for our replacement offer. To redeem our replacement offer, mail defective product(s) to us with a “FRIENDLY” explanation of the issue. Contact us directly for shipping instructions. Products must be returned to us before replacement offer is honored. Although rarely exercised, at our discretion, Kodiak Custom Fishing Tackle reserves the right to reject and/or cancel our replacement offer service to customers who are fraudulent, rude, demanding or insulting in any way.

CAN I CHOOSE MY OWN COLOR COMBINATIONS OR HAVE MY NAME OR COMPANY LOGO ON SPINNERS?

Yes! We’ll customize your name or company logo onto our die cut prism tape that is applied to our spinner blades. Choose from a variety of vibrant holographic scale patterns to fluorescent solids. Prices and terms will be discussed for all custom orders.

CAN I ORDER DIRECT INSTEAD OF ON LINE?

Yes! Contact us by telephone or e-mail for details. We accept payments via credit card, check or money order in U.S. funds only. Orders will be shipped after full payment (shipping included) is received.

Shipping in the United States only via U.S.P.S. Flat Rate Priority Mail. International shipping options will be available soon.
Shipping is automatically charged to invoices on a per dollar spent table rate as follows;
1. $0.00 – $100.00 = $7.95 shipping.
2. $101.01 – $200.00 = $10.95 shipping.
3. $201.00 – $300.00 = $13.95 shipping.
4. $300.01+ = FREE SHIPPING!

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP AND RECEIVE MERCHANDISE?

Please plan ahead and avoid waiting until the last minute to order! We recommend ordering at least 10 business days in advance to insure your order is received before needing it. Orders ship from our facility (depending on time of year and Government holidays) within 1-7 business days of receiving payment confirmation. Once shipped, orders usually take 3-5 business days to arrive at their U.S. destination. Contact us with inquiries on faster shipping methods prior to ordering if time is a concern.
Custom orders may take longer to ship due to specifications and the set up process. Shipping will be discussed upon the time of special orders.
